This Cookie Policy aims to make known the procedures followed for the collection, through cookies and / or other monitoring technologies, of the information provided by users during their navigation on this website (hereinafter "Site").

1.2. Technical and profiling cookies
The Provision of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data n. 229 of 8 May 2014 on "Identification of simplified procedures for the disclosure and acquisition of consent for the use of cookies", published in the Official Gazette no. 126 of 3 June 2014, has categorized cookies into two macro-categories: "technical" cookies and "profiling" cookies.
- Technical cookies are those used for the sole purpose of "transmitting a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide this service "(see Article 122, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - hereinafter" Privacy Code ").
They are not used for other purposes and are normally installed directly by the owner or operator of the website. They can be divided into navigation or session cookies, which guarantee the normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, to make a purchase or authenticate to access restricted areas); analytics cookies, similar to technical cookies when used directly by the site operator to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site; functional cookies, which allow the user to browse according to a series of selected criteria (for example, the language, the products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service rendered to the same.
For the installation of these cookies it is not required the prior consent of users where used directly by the site operator.
- Profiling cookies are designed to create profiles related to the user and are used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the same in the context of surfing the net. Because of the particular invasiveness that such devices can have in the private sphere of users, European and Italian legislation requires the user to be adequately informed about their use and express their valid consent.
The art. 122 of the Privacy Code where it states that "the storage of information in the terminal equipment of a contractor or a user or access to information already filed is permitted only on condition that the contractor or the user has given his consent after have been informed with the simplified procedures referred to in Article 13, paragraph 3 "(Article 122, paragraph 1, of the Privacy Code).
1.3. First-party and third-party cookies
A cookie is "first party" (cd first party cookie) or "third party" (so-called third party cookie) based on the website or the domain it comes from.
- The first party cookies are, in essence, cookies set and managed by the site owner. For these cookies, the obligation of the information, the acquisition of any prior consent and / or the possible blocking of cookies is the responsibility of the site owner.
- Third party cookies are cookies set by a domain other than the one visited by the user. For these cookies, the obligation of the information and the indication of how to block the cookie is up to the third party, while the site owner is obliged to include on the site the link to the third party site where such elements are available.
